Our team was required to obtain planning permission to extend an existing home by 1950 sqft. This was to include 23m x 6m ground floor open plan living area including the kitchen, dining room and snug areas. We were also required to move the staircase, install a new feature staircase, install skylights, fit 2 new bedrooms, balcony area, complete bi-folding doors on the rear elevation, new patio area, re-plaster and re-decorate existing property and new extension to make it look seamless. We were also required to install a new roof on rear of the property.

Started July 2013 finished May 2014.
