This was to include 23m x 6m ground floor open plan living area including the kitchen, dining room and snug areas. To move staircase, install new feature staircase, install skylights, fit 2 new bedrooms, balcony area, complete bi-folding doors on the rear elevation, new patio area, re-plaster and re-decorate existing property and new extension to make it look seamless. Install new roof on rear of the property.
Started July 2013 finished May 2014.
